Nove giorni paradisiaci grazie alla straordinaria attenzione ai dettagli di Ulrike, Anna e Alessandro. I giardini e le camere sono splendidi, la cucina a 5 stelle e le strutture della spa superlative. Un'esperienza rilassante e rigenerante!

La mia recensione si concentra sull'esperienza complessiva in questo eccezionale hotel a cinque stelle. Vorrei in particolare sottolineare l'eccellente servizio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la straordinaria cordialità con cui tutto il personale ci ha sempre accolti. Questo ha creato un'atmosfera speciale in questo hotel a conduzione familiare. Tutto il resto fa parte del concetto generale dell'hotel.

Un rifugio incredibile. Ci sono tornato più volte ... questa era la mia terza visita e l'altissimo livello è rimasto costante nel corso degli anni. Personale fantastico, cucina eccellente, una spa di prim'ordine e numerose strutture sportive, tra cui ottime e-mountain bike e una piscina fantastica per allenarsi. C'è anche una piscina coperta e altre piscine. Consigliatissimo e vale assolutamente il prezzo.

Prima del nostro soggiorno al Giardino Marling, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in molti hotel eccezionali. Ma ciò che abbiamo vissuto qui ci ha toccato profondamente, andando oltre il lusso, il comfort e la perfezione. Nel momento stesso in cui si varca la soglia del Giardino, accade qualcosa di speciale. È quella rara sensazione di essere finalmente arrivati, non solo in un luogo, ma tra persone. Si viene accolti con un calore genuino, non artefatto, preparato o finto. Un calore che viene dal cuore ed è palpabile in ogni istante. Un elemento fondamentale di questa atmosfera unica sono i proprietari. Ulrike Klammer, la proprietaria di questo splendido hotel, gestisce il Giardino con grande passione, dedizione e un'ospitalità eccezionale, insieme alla figlia Anna e al marito di lei. Ciò che è stato creato qui è molto più di un semplice hotel: è una casa lontano da casa, plasmata da persone che accolgono i propri ospiti con sincera accoglienza. Si percepisce il tocco di una famiglia ospitante in ogni dettaglio, una famiglia che vive e respira il proprio hotel. Gli incontri sono calorosi, autentici e pieni di gratitudine. Per noi, il Giardino Marling è molto più di un hotel. È un luogo colmo di calore, umanità, gioia e incontri speciali. Un luogo che colpisce non solo per la sua bellezza, ma soprattutto per le persone che lo animano. Persone che, con genuina ospitalità e grande calore, fanno sì che il vostro soggiorno diventi un ricordo indimenticabile. Un sentito ringraziamento a Ulrike, Anna, Alessandro e a tutto lo staff per questi giorni meravigliosi. Torniamo a casa con innumerevoli bei ricordi, immensa gratitudine e sorrisi. Soprattutto, partiamo con la certezza di aver trovato un luogo che, per noi, è tra le case più belle, accoglienti e speciali che abbiamo mai conosciuto. Il complimento più grande che si possa fare a un luogo è sicuramente il desiderio di tornarci. Per questo ci è apparso subito chiaro che questo soggiorno non sarebbe stato un addio, ma un "arrivederci". Mentre stavamo ancora assaporando le tante meravigliose impressioni, abbiamo già prenotato il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Siamo incredibilmente emozionati. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare in questo luogo magico, di rivivere la sua straordinaria accoglienza, di godere della sua atmosfera speciale e di rivedere tanti volti familiari. Il Giardino Marling ha trovato un posto permanente nei nostri cuori e non vediamo l'ora di vivere molti altri momenti indimenticabili in questa casa lontano da casa davvero speciale. ️ Un luogo che non solo ispira, ma tocca il cuore. Before our stay at the Giardino Marling, we had the pleasure of experiencing many exceptional hotels. But what we experienced here touched us in a way that transcends luxury, comfort, and perfection. The moment you step into the Giardino, something special happens. It's that rare feeling of arrival—not just in a place, but among people. You are greeted with a warmth that isn't staged, rehearsed, or feigned. It comes from the heart and is palpable in every moment. A very special part of this unique atmosphere is the hosts. Ulrike Klammer, the owner of this beautiful hotel, runs the Giardino with great passion, dedication, and exceptional hospitality, together with her daughter Anna and Anna's husband. What has been created here is far more than a hotel—it's a home away from home, shaped by people who genuinely welcome their guests. You can feel the touch of a host family in every detail, a family who live and breathe their hotel. The encounters are warm, authentic, and full of appreciation. It is precisely this warmth that bestows upon you, from the very first moment, a truly special feeling of being, making the Giardino a magical place. There are houses that are beautiful. Even as we were still absorbing the many wonderful impressions, we've already booked our next stay. We're incredibly excited. We can hardly wait to return to this magical place, to experience the extraordinary warmth once more, to enjoy the special atmosphere, and to see many familiar faces again. Relaxation in a tranquil atmosphere We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the Giardino Marling. The very attentive hostess, Ulrike Klammer, along with Anna and Alessandro, run the hotel in a pleasantly warm and calm manner that somehow rubs off on all the guests. Even the hotel dog joins in this tranquility. The staff are just as welcoming and fulfill every wish. The breakfast buffet offers the finest fare for a great start to the day. Dinner was excellent every day, featuring regional dishes accompanied by a very good wine list. When the weather is nice, they even move the entire evening service to the terrace – something many hotels wouldn't bother with. The three pools with their complete wellness facilities were simply superb, and the aquafit in the morning is highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time. We would love to come back. P.S.: I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for our breakfast table on the first morning. So far, so good. Then it was open seating, and we chose a table that, logically, didn't have a bouquet of flowers on it, and went to the buffet. In that short time, the bouquet had been brought to the table completely unnoticed by us. Hats off to them, that was truly delightful.

We found this hotel through an internet search for hotels in South Tyrol. Even the booking process was very personal; the owners responded reliably to questions and had answers ready for every eventuality. In particular, the email a week before our trip, which explicitly asked about dietary requirements and other details, gave us the feeling that they were taking the time to understand our needs. Our stay was truly impressive: from check-in to check-out, we were exceptionally well looked after – surprisingly, we were addressed by name, and many of the staff remembered our specific requirements; special requests were handled reliably. The dinner is outstanding: we frequently visit wellness hotels and were unanimous in our opinion: Giardino Marling is exceptional. The spa area is standard; those expecting exciting themed sauna complexes should perhaps look for a different hotel – but: the area is extremely clean and well-maintained. The landscape in South Tyrol is, of course, magnificent and well worth a visit in its own right. You'll find excellent bike paths, and at Giardino Marling, you can get high-quality e-mountain bikes (new Cube models) at very reasonable prices. To the management: you're doing a fantastic job! We're usually always on the lookout for new wellness hotels, but in your case, we'll definitely be back!

Un hotel situato in una posizione incantevole, con un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il servizio al tavolo e alla reception è stato impeccabile. La selezione e la varietà del cibo sono state una vera delizia culinaria. Anche i trattamenti sono stati estremamente professionali. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel e saremmo lieti di tornarci.

Anche dopo 20 visite, rimane la nostra prima scelta in Alto Adige. Il passaggio generazionale garantisce la conservazione della tradizione, e a questo contribuisce anche la cordialità del personale. In particolare Moritz, con la sua piacevole e rinfrescante gentilezza.

Un hotel di una bellezza straordinaria, curato nei minimi dettagli. I piatti, presentati in modo impeccabile, erano divini. Il personale è stato incredibilmente attento. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa all'Hotel Giardino e ci piacerebbe molto tornarci.
